The FDK Probe Covers are designed for accurate and sanitary function to use with FDK Infrared Thermometer series including FT-F11 & FT-F21 both models. The package comes with 25 PCS in a small box.

A return of Merchandise Authorization (RAM) number is required for all returned merchandise. Please send us email to info@fdkmedicalcom with a brief explanation to obtain your RAM number.
We will gladly accept return of products with your original receipt and process refunds by sending you a check upon receipt of an authorized return for any your purchasing item which is not satisfied in 30 days from the date of purchase; after then, only repair or replacement is available within our 2 years warranty and monetary refunds will not be given.
