A return of Merchandise Authorization (RAM) number is required for all returned merchandise. Please send us email to info@fdkmedicalcom with a brief explanation to obtain your RAM number.
We will gladly accept return of products with your original receipt and process refunds by sending you a check upon receipt of an authorized return for any your purchasing item which is not satisfied in 30 days from the date of purchase; after then, only repair or replacement is available within our 2 years warranty and monetary refunds will not be given.
